Roles in the system
Member
- ·Sees announcements, documents and open votes
- ·Votes online (vote is recorded with identifier)
- ·Can discuss in the forum (if active)
- ·Downloads own voting history and personal data (GDPR)
- ·Sees timeline — what's happening, who decided what
Admin (manager)
- ·Everything as member, plus organization management
- ·Creates votes, uploads documents, publishes announcements
- ·Manages members — approves, suspends, changes roles
- ·Closes votes and generates protocols
- ·Has access to audit logs and exports
- ·Configures organization settings
Platform operator
- ·Ensures operation, security and availability of the system
- ·Does not act as the organization's ordinary decision-making body and does not publish on its behalf without proper authorization
- ·Has no routine access to document or message content; exceptional access may occur for technical troubleshooting, security incidents, or legal obligations, and is audited
- ·Monitors system health and resolves technical issues
